I’m a caring, highly motivated woman who loves being active and living life to its fullest. My passion for movement started young—I began working out daily at age 11. Back then, my focus was on performance, but without balance in my training plans, I faced severe overuse injuries. By the time I was an adult, doctors told me I had to stop running and skiing—two activities that had become central to my identity. When I stopped, I felt lost, disconnected, and unable to relate to my friends, peers, or even myself. After spiraling for nearly a year, I decided to take control of my health. I started with my diet, reducing inflammation through food and it was enough for my body and mind to feel better and start moving again. This time, I approached fitness differently. I shifted from long, punishing workouts to functional weight training, HITT and mobility exercises that rebuilt my strength, range of motion, and resilience. This sustainable approach eliminated my overuse issues, transformed my body, and got me into the best shape of my life—a fitness level I’ve maintained and even rebuilt after two pregnancies. I worked out throughout both pregnancies, gaining 60+ pounds each time, and successfully regained all my strength and endurance while surpassing my previous fitness levels. My journey has been shaped by decades of personal and professional experience: -Former elite athlete in several sports -Overcoming injuries that required two surgeries and rebuilding myself from the ground up. -Education in Athletic Training, providing a deep understanding of movement and injury prevention. -15 years as a corporate wellness employee. -14 years teaching fitness classes and programming workouts. -10 years running a gym with contractors and classes. -5 years as a corporate wellness director, developing life-changing programs. -I understand the challenges of balancing fitness with life’s demands and the importance of sustainable, effective training.
